@TexasTribune The twc lines are not working. 8009396631. You try calling this number. When you do get through, the recorded messages says we are open and taking calls and then it says sorry due to high call volume we can't take your call. This needs to be fixed. It needs to be in the news

@Ask_Spectrum I’ve tried all those. I shut down all my systems, unplugged all my Alexa devices, powered off my iPhone and iPad, unplugged the router and modem then after 15 minutes powered them back on starting with the cable modem and then the router.

@Ask_Spectrum Only thing i am running on my PC is Speedtest and I can only get around 12mbs up. I’m guessing during weekdays and during business hours there’s a lot of congestion on you network.

Please if you game do not choose @GetSpectrum. I gave them 2 weeks to fix my upload throttling/issues and then even requested a boost in my service. After sitting on the phone for hours today, they still resolved no issues and refused to get anything done. Absolute trash

@yashar Damn.. I see that @Ask_Spectrum is one of the biggest offenders here. I still remember how they refused to refund my $50 in 2018. They know how to process payments and “late fees”, but their staff “apparently” don’t know how to process refunds.

Now I have @googlefiber for less than half the cost of @GetSpectrum. Google even refunded us for an outage we didn’t even know about. A credit just showed up on the bill!

Hey @GetSpectrum please stop mailing me every week trying to get me to upgrade to a TV package. I promise you I never will. The number of trees you’re needlessly wasting is appalling. This method of marketing is outdated. I’m sure most of your customers will agree with me.
