Ghetto, trash, disgraceful company. Mailing retirement savings with no tracking information. Having to wait a year to change your address on file after leaving a company. This place is full of crap giving the businesses more power than the actual investors.

I have my IRA w T. Rowe Price. I avoid calling them for anything because of the rudeness and not willing to help me with anything, not even advise me. They are cold & condescending. Locked me out of my account online this weekend & absolutely no tech support or help to get back in. I'm through with them. I changed my address with them online & they sent me a letter w my old apartment #.

I asked to close my account that I have had probably over 20 years. I asked to send it to my bank on file. The answer was no. They said the only current option was to mail it. I asked how they would mail it; UPS, FedEx ... The answer was again no. USPS was the only option. I was shocked. I asked if it was sent registered or certified. The answer was neither. They were going to drop a check for my entire life savings in the mail with no tracking or anything. This says everything anyone needs to know about T.Rowe Price and the care they would give your money. What a terrible way to run a business.

They've lost documents, give too much of a runaround, says legal docs on the account, then another person says no it's not. Been dealing with helping my elderly parents for 2 years with this mess! Run!

Absolutely the worst customer service there can be!! You can never get through to someone on the phone, finally after 15-20-30 minutes of listening to horrible music while on hold, when someone answers the phone and you ask a question and without a word other than hold on they will put you on hold again!! They are not able to answer simple questions about how their online system works and how the reports are generated and how allocations of employer and employee contributions are made if you are a small business owner with a 401K plan. I am definitely moving all my money somewhere else.

I have provided T. Rowe price my marriage certificate, updated Drivers Licenses and Social Security number 8 times in a 3 week period. I recently got married and needed my name changed. All 8 times I was given a different excuse as to why they wouldn’t change it. I was even told on the last time I submitted it that my marriage license had been filled out wrong. After a trip to the Probate Office I was informed it was correct. After yet another call to T. Rowe Price, the associate I spoke with was very rude and was told she couldn’t help me. I have had an IRA there for 12 years in which my money has only decreased. I have less money now then when I started.

TRP has my inherited IRA. They calculate the RMD and make monthly transfers to my account. Every January, they recalculate the amount, and it is always wrong. Not wrong by a little amount, wrong by an extremely gross amount. This year my RMD has been reduced to 20% of what it was last year. To fix this, I have spent hours on the phone with them. They require a mountain of paperwork including a signature guarantee medallion. This is not a simple Notary, this is a pain in the neck and it's just to get them to FIX THEIR OWN MISTAKE. This year I'll be moving my funds to Fidelity where I can walk into an office and talk with someone if there's a problem. Goodbye T. Rowe, I can't say it's been fun.

In the last 12 months I have withdrawn money 4 times and 3 of the withdrawals were not done correctly. I have spent an unreasonable amount of time on the phone them reciting back my account information from their website. When they make a mistake (3 times and counting) they do nothing to rectify the problem and this has cost me money. They seem to think their system issues are an excuse that requires no corrective action. This is the worst fund management company I have ever dealt with.

I got my divorce October of 2022. It took my ex's lawyer until October of 23 to put in the QDRO, it has been sent over and T Rowe Price won't split the 401K and won't give me my money. I feel like they're stealing from me and I just want my money!!

Very dysfunctional Company. No one knows anything or can do anything. FFF--- Had no choice to do business with them because of the Company I worked for. Wasted hours on the phone over the tax withdrawals on my account.
